Pastor Joshua R. Miller was born in Long Beach, California on September 6, 1972. He was the first of six children born to Robert and Cynthia Miller. Shortly after his birth, his parents moved their new family to Montana where he grew up.
He was raised in a loving, Christian home. At the age of five years old, Pastor Miller was saved, led to Jesus Christ by his father in the town of Florence, Montana.
In 1990, Pastor Miller went to a Christian college to pursue an education. This culminated in an undergraduate degree in Computer Science in 1995. It was during this time that he met his wife, Teya. Pastor & Teya were happily married on November 23, 1996.
Four months after they were married, the newlyweds attended a week long conference known as Pastor's School at First Batist Church in Hammond, Indiana. The theme of the week was "Happy Marriage." It was during this week that Pastor Miller responded to the distinct call of God on his life to be a preacher.
He surrendered to the Lord's will, and four months later, in July of 1997, Pastor and Teya moved to Crown Point, Indiana to attend Hyles-Anderson College. There, he received his Master's Degree in Pastoral Theology in May of 2001.
After graduating from Hyles-Anderson College, the Lord directed Pastor Miller and his family to New Life Baptist Church in Hudson Falls, New York.
Pastor and Teya have four precious children: Alexis, Robby, Jack, and Luke.
